Gregory W. Slayton
Gregory W. Slayton joined ClickAction in January 1997 when the Company was MySoftware and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board. During his tenure as President and CEO, Mr. Slayton turned the Company into a high tech leader in the email marketing industry. Mr. Slayton directed a complete overhaul of the Company's strategy, structure, staff and systems that has resulted in market leadership in the exploding email marketing industry and made the Company one of the best performing stocks on all US capital markets in that period. Mr. Slayton, a former corporate officer at Paramount Studios and an Engagement Manager for McKinsey and Company, has been running high tech companies in Silicon Valley for almost 10 years. Mr. Slayton graduated with high honors from Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School.
George Grant
George Grant joined ClickAction in 1999 as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and is currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2001. Prior to ClickAction, Mr. Grant co-founded ConnectedMedia Solutions, an Internet professional services firm, which specialized in one-to-one relationship management solutions for electronic commerce and knowledge management web applications. He has managed the implementation of relationship management and personalized content solutions for clients such as: BroadVision, Jupiter Communications, Shop at Home, AT&T and Standard and Poor's. Prior to ConnectedMedia Solutions, Mr. Grant co-founded AlphaBlox Corporation a Java-based component technology for rapid development of analytical web applications. Mr. Grant was also the Managing Director of Dow Jones financial information services group. Mr. Grant has a B.S. degree in Economics and Computer Science from California State University.
David Mans
David Mans has been a member of the Board since joining the Company in January 1988 and has most recently served as Chairman of the Board until 2001. He has also served as both President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of ClickAction, formerly known as MySoftware Company. Mr. Mans holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University.
Emerick Woods
Emerick Woods joined the ClickAction Board of Directors in 1999. He is
the former President and CEO of Vicinity Corporation, a successful
Internet venture-backed company. Mr. Woods holds an MBA degree from
Harvard Business School and a B.Sc., Computer Science degree from Yale
University.
Edwin R. Niehaus
Edwin R. Niehaus, III has served as a member of our Board of Directors
since November 1999. Mr. Niehaus is a business and marketing
consultant, based in San Francisco. As CEO of Niehaus Ryan Wong, Inc.,
Mr. Niehaus led the public relations agency that launched Yahoo,
VeriSign, the Apple iMac and over 100 other technology companies and
products. From 1984 through 1991, Mr. Niehaus headed Niehaus Public
Relations. Prior to 1984, Mr. Niehaus held marketing and sales positions
with various computer companies. Mr. Niehaus is also a director of
Avinon, Inc., and serves on the advisory boards of the Nanotechnology
Opportunity Report, the Institute for Molecular Manufacturing, Software
Development Forum and Chengwei, Ltd., a Shanghai-based venture capital
firm. Mr. Niehaus holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Duke University.
Barton S. Foster
Barton S. Foster joined the ClickAction Board of Directors in 2002. Mr. Foster formally oversaw all aspects of marketing for Informatica, a leading provider of enterprise analytic software. During his 15 years of experience in the enterprise application marketplace, Mr. Foster has served in senior marketing, sales, consulting and business development roles for global software and services companies. Prior to Informatica, Foster held executive positions at Oracle Corporation, Crossroads Software and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Foster holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Byron Reese
Byron Reese joined the ClickAction Board of Directors in 2002. He is
presently the CEO of PageWise and the former VP of Marketing of HotData.
He brings to the board extensive experience in direct marketing and
online marketing. Mr. Reese graduated with high honors from Rice
University with a BA in Economics.
