CLICKACTION EXPECTS TO BREAKEVEN FOR FOURTH QUARTER 2001

ClickAction's Breakeven Results Beat Street Expectations

PALO ALTO, Calif. (February 11, 2002)
- ClickAction™, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLAC), a leading provider of email marketing automation solutions, announced today that it expects operating income before tax from continuing operations to be breakeven for the quarter ended December 31, 2001 with revenue in the range of $3.0 million to $3.1 million.

"ClickAction saw a significant increase in email marketing programs from our clients as well as growth in our acquisition programs and services during the fourth quarter 2001 that contributed to our breakeven success. We also renewed contracts and increased the service level with several of our largest clients," said George Grant, president and CEO for ClickAction.
