Ed Henrich
President and General Manager
As President and General Manager of Yesmail ClickAction, Ed Henrich is a pioneer in the email marketing industry. Prior to his current role at Yesmail ClickAction, Ed served as Vice President of Client Services at Yesmail and was responsible for overseeing marketing strategy, account management, custom engineering, and ASP operations for clients which include Hewlett-Packard, Countrywide Home Loans, OfficeMax, Avon and Nine West. During his 5-year tenure, Ed's leadership has played an integral role in the company's evolution from a 5-person start-up to an industry leader.
Before joining Yesmail, Ed focused on investments in security, IT consulting and Internet direct marketing at Internet Capital Group (ICGE). While at Internet Capital, he led the investment in Internet direct marketer Matchlogic, which yielded a 4.5x return in less than 9 months. As a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company, he lead consultant/client teams working on engagements from process benchmarking to mergers & acquisition for a variety of technology firms. Ed embarked on his career with The Aerospace Corporation as a member of the Technical Staff.
Ed is recognized authority in the industry and a frequent guest speaker at Jupiter, ClickZ and DMA conferences. He has also been a guest lecturer on email marketing at New York University.
Ed, a former Fulbright Scholar to Australia, holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
Kentyn Reynolds
Cheif Technology Officer
Kentyn Reynolds joined ClickAction in 1999 and currently serves as the Yesmail ClickAction Chief Technology Officer. Prior to ClickAction, Mr. Reynolds worked for ConnectedMedia Solutions, an Internet professional services firm, which specialized in one-to-one relationship solutions for electronic commerce and knowledge management web applications. Mr. Reynolds was the lead technical architect and mentor for BroadVision sites including: Pitney Bowes, AT&T, Jupiter Communications, Shop at Home and eRugGallery.com. Mr. Reynolds has worked extensively with the entertainment industry in the development of advanced software technologies to support film and audio production. He also holds US patents in the area of advanced pattern recognition, content matching, and digital signal processing.
Daniel Zamudio
Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts
Dan has been with the company for 4 years and through his leadership has helped establish Yesmail as an industry leader. He was personally involved in landing major accounts like Hewlett-Packard, Kraft Foods, Avon, E*TRADE, and Countrywide Financial, among many others. As VP of Sales & Strategic Accounts, Dan is responsible for all Yesmail revenue across existing clients and new business.
Prior to Yesmail, Dan served in a number of executive management positions, most notably as the General Manager for Ziff-Davis France, where he brought his division to profitability one year ahead of schedule. He led PC Magazine to the number one technology publication ranking in France in terms of subscribers, circulation, and ad revenue, and also helped launch ZD Net France, one of the first major web sites in France. Prior to Ziff-Davis, Dan was General Manager for Symantec Southern Europe. Within two years, he led the company to become the number three PC software vendor in the region -- finishing third behind only Microsoft and Adobe. He also worked for the high technology marketing consulting firm, Gartner Group/Dataquest Europe, where he finished as the number one Regional Manager worldwide. He started his sales management, sales training, and major account management career at Xerox Corporation -- consistently ranking in the company's top 5% for performance.
Dan holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic Planning from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Marketing from San Jose State University. He speaks Spanish, French, and Italian.
